The Past

My first Whippet was a little parti colour bitch called 'Mithrandir Star Singer At Charuzian'. She was a sweet heart to live with and although she qualified for Crufts, today she would have struggled as the standard and quality has improved ten-fold.

However, 'Star' produced several winning offspring, and several generations later, her grand daughter, 'Charuzian Haw-y-an Hussy', is the grandmother of the famous Champion Nut Chip of Nevedith.

This was CHARUZIAN TEXAS TART in the early 90's, a daughter of Mithrandir Star Singer At Charuzian. Her sire was Dumbriton Born To Run. Tart won many Best Of Breeds in Open shows and was always placed in the Championship Shows. Again , she didn't have quite what it takes, but her and her litter sister 'STAR RUNNER AT MITHRANDIR' enjoyed their time showing. The other litter sister, CHARUZIAN HONOLULU HIPPY, ('Hippy' to her friends) went to live with Lesley Smeath of the Willingwisp Whippets.
