'Rumah'

She was a dream to live with but a devil in the ring. I never knew what to expect. The one thing I could rely on was her movement; extended, effortless and low. All the judges critiques praised the way in which she moved around the ring and for that, she was awarded 2 Reserve Challenge Certificates by breed specialists.

This small, stylish blue fawn bitch was also an excellent mother and family pet. She produced two champions in her first and only litter to the very majestic Champion 'Teiwaz Mr. Bad Guy Flyalong', who himself amassed an impressive 12 Challenge Certificates.

Rumah won multiple B.O.B., B.P.I.G., Groups, B.I.S. and B.P.I.S. prizes; she won a very large Limit class at the Greyhound Jubilee Champ Show where she was also awarded the Treetops Hawk Shield in 1996 which was on a point system corresponding to the amount of winning done in a twelve month period. Rumah clocked up an amazing 196 points, which as far as I am aware, is unbeaten to date !!

She now sits on my cabinet in her casket, waiting for me.

'Scout'

This is Rumah's litter brother who won many B.P.I.B. at champ level.

I collected him and his sister from their breeder when they were nearly 5 weeks old. He grew into a large stallion hound and nothing fazed him, so easy to handle for a big strong dog.

'Scout' was a Welsh Pup Of the Year finalist and along with many Best Of Breeds at open shows he collected several Best Pup in Breed at Championship shows under breed specialists Jennifer North-Row, Peter Jones, Dagmar Kenis-Pordham and the late Leonard Pagliero OBE, to name a few.

She is an 'Odo' litter sister and went to live at the Flyalong Kennels when she was 4 months old. Ffion and her litter mates won so much during their puppy days that they made their sire Top Sire of 1998.
